Yes, our tours usually fill up quickly, so it is important to register early to reserve your seat.

- How many people will be on each tour?
We try to keep our tours fairly small, so that each person recieves the service quality and time necessary for a complete tour. Typically we have around 12 clients, and another 4 to 5 professionals available to answer your questions.

- Are foreclosures going to need a lot of work to fix them up?
Many of the homes we tour are move in ready. Some of the homes will need some rehabilitation, we make a contractor available to provide a quote for any repair or upgrades. Some homes that are in serious need, will be presented with the estimated cost on the tour.

- Are there any hidden costs?
NO! We never hide anything regarding our tours. The tour itself cost each person $7.00 to cover the cost of the report and the gas used.

We will! Our licensed real estate agents will handle all offers, contracts, and negotiation along with you, so that you are confident with every step.

- Do I have any obligation with these transactions?
The only obligation is the use of ForeclosedBus.com real estate agents in the purchase of the property. We do require the signing of an exclusivity contract for each tour to safeguard ourselves against bidding by outside real estate agents on properties presented in the tour.
